An 8-week, evidence-based CBT group, involving education about anxiety, challenging anxious thoughts, facing anxiety-provoking situations, and skills for maintaining success after group. Open to adults 18 or older who struggle with anxiety. We are currently collecting a waitlist of interested participants for a future group.
