We are excited to announce a two-week Adulting Through Anxiety program to manage anxiety and take on the tasks of being a young adult (ages 16 to "twentysomething"). The first week will focus on teaching specific skills and setting goals, and the second week will focus on taking steps forward towards those goals and troubleshooting barriers to making progress.
For more information about this group, including dates, pricing, and registration, please visit our Adulting Through Anxiety page!
