If you’ve been struggling for months to get your sleep on the right track, this group may be right for you! KCCAT staff will help you learn more about how sleep works, how sleep problems start and what keeps them going, and how to build good sleep habits. We will also work with you to develop a sleep plan for your individual needs, using skills from an evidence-based cognitive-behavioral framework.
This online-only group startings with a sleep education and sleep hygiene workshop on May 23. After that, participants have the option of enrolling in the three-week online skills group covering sleep skills with more detail.
Registration and payment is required.You may sign up for just the workshop, and choose to enroll in the three-week skills group afterwards. Or, enroll in both at the same time for a discount!
