NEW! CBT for Anxiety Group

We are excited to announce an 8-week Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) treatment group for adults with a variety of anxiety-related difficulties. The group covers education about anxiety, challenging anxious thoughts, facing anxiety-provoking situations, and skills for maintaining success.

Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors Support Group
Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors Support Group

It takes courage to talk about your battle with hair-pulling or skin-picking, but it can help to know you are not alone! No-cost and open to adults (age 18+) dealing with Trichotillomania or Dermotillomania.

Young Adult Support Group
Young Adult Anxiety Disorders Support Group

A fun, encouraging, and motivating support group for young adults (late teens to twenty-somethings). This no–cost group is open to current or former KCCAT patients with OCD or other anxiety diagnoses.

Friends and Family Anxiety Disorders Support Group
Support Group for Friends & Family of Individuals with Anxiety Disorders

If someone you care about has been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder at any age, and you are looking for better ways to help them, as well as manage your own response to their illness, then this group may be for you. This is a free group open to the community!
